You may post listings and other content such as descriptions, images, and messages ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

• Do not post illegal, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Do not post content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy.
• Do not post offensive, abusive, hateful, or harassing content.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

4. Prohibited Items and Activities

You agree not to use UPSC Cart for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited items and activities include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal goods, stolen goods, or anything that violates applicable laws.
• Weapons, explosives, drugs, or controlled substances.
• Fake documents, counterfeit goods, or pirated content.
• Spam, scams, or attempts to defraud other users.

5. Transactions Between Users

• All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for verifying item condition, authenticity, and price before completing a transaction.
• UPSC Cart does not provide delivery, escrow, or payment guarantees unless explicitly stated in the app.
• Meet in safe, public places. Do not share sensitive information unnecessarily.

6. Fees

UPSC Cart may offer free features and may introduce paid features in the future. If any fees apply, they will be clearly shown before you choose to pay.

7. Safety and Communication

UPSC Cart provides in-app chat to help users communicate. You agree to communicate respectfully and follow all applicable laws. We may monitor or act on reports of misuse as required to keep the platform safe.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by UPSC Cart and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the Service inappropriately. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPSC Cart disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPSC Cart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or any transaction between users.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
